TODAY IN MY LIFE
Networked all morning! Now blogging and following up. New Thursday routine is much better for personal morale and energy levels.

TODAY'S THOUGHT
Time is always on your side if you can always give full attention to the present moment.

TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
The spiritual path cannot be speeded up by trying harder, only not slowed down by trying softer.

TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Can you end this day saying you gave it your best?

TODAY'S ONELINER
I'd KILL to win the Nobel Peace Prize : D

GARY'S DESERT ISLAND 100 Track 53
SUGABABES - Round Round

TRIVIA
Edward I of England (1272-1307) was actually the FOURTH king of England to have the name "Edward". The others were Edward The Elder (899-924) Edward The Martyr (975-978) and Edward The Confessor (1042-1066). In England, numerics were applied to kings only from the Norman Conquest of 1066, though have since been applied retrospectively to some Saxon names such as Harold II (killed at the Battle of Hastings)

TODAY'S AFFIRMATION
Ambition like light is diffuse when scattered and can cut through all obstacles when focused through the diamond of clarity of purpose.
