WEDNESDAY 24/03/2010 09:15(GMT)

THIS DAY IN WW2 (24.3.40)
No significant activity on any front, but both German and French patrols are active along the Franco-German border.

TODAY IN MY LIFE
Blogging, networking and study, particularly on the discipline of centering.

TODAY'S THOUGHT
Let neither thought nor feeling dictate your action, yet neither seek to run from them, but instead become acquainted with the quiet voice within. That is the one who at this moment knows what's best.

TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Whenever I'm ready, the right teacher always appears, right on cue.

TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Can you remember how unexpected the most significant encounters were?

TODAY'S ONELINER
I couldn't figure out why the frisbee kept getting bigger and bigger - then it hit me : D (Thanks Dee Marie Helvin!)

GARY'S DESERT ISLAND 100 Track 52
RIOT - Outlaw
A song to make you go WOOOOOOOAAAAAAARRRGGHHH!! \m/ \m/

TRIVIA
Some people who have had cataracts removed from their eyes can see ultra-violet light. The impressionist painter Monet had this experience in later life.
Some people can see sound as colour. This is a form of synaesthesia, where one form of stimulus triggers another. It can be as a result of genetics, injury, epilepsy or hallucinogenic drugs.

TODAYS AFFIRMATION
At this moment, regardless of what I may be thinking or feeling, my intuition knows exactly what to do.
